Job summary

Dow Inc. invites internally motivated undergraduates and masters students to join our Research and Development teams as interns across multiple disciplines in North America.

You will support projects alongside research scientists, contributing to product, process and application development initiatives. Eligible candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, must be legally able to work in the United States, and should have a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related discipline.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred GPA 3.000 (on a 4.000 scale).

Responsibilities

• Support one or two R&D projects under supervision.
• Collaborate with research scientists to drive projects to completion.
• Work with cross-functional project teams on product, process, and application development.
• Contribute to solving chemical- and material-related problems through fundamental and applied research.
