Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking motivated interns in Undergraduate or Masters programs to support R&D projects across various organizations and locations in North America.

Interns will partner with scientists to advance projects from conception to completion and gain hands-on experience in product, process, and application development. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related fields, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate safety

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline.
• Minimum requirement to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship or permanent residency support available.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Support one or two projects in R&D and partner with research scientists to drive projects to completion.
• Work with collaborative project teams to solve chemical- and material-related problems through both fundamental and applied research.
