Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a Public Safety Supervisor to lead security personnel and oversee operations at the Irvine campus and affiliated facilities. The role ensures safety for students, staff, patients, and visitors while coordinating with the UC Irvine Police Department.

The position requires leadership experience, university environment familiarity, and strong customer service skills. A bilingual candidate with Taser/use-of-force knowledge is preferred; a high school diploma or associate degree

• Direct security operations and patrols across UC Irvine campuses.
• Support departmental goals under the UC Irvine Police Department.
• Ensure safety of people, property and assets in compliance with laws and guidelines.
