Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Experience in public safety communications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to speak, listen, and write professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal/external communications via telephone, radio, or in person.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel/equipment and document calls thoroughly.
• Monitor CAD, CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Provide liaison with campus partners and external agencies as needed.
• Support 24/7 dispatch operations; work third shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am).
