Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Administration or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
• Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues promptly.
• Coordinate and oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property rules.
• Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Oversee the leasing process, including showing properties and screening applicants.

Skills

Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle difficult situations and make sound decisions under pressure

Education

Administration or a related field preferred
