Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Campus Program Manager to join our construction leadership team in Culpeper, VA. You will coordinate a broad range of campus operations, manage schedules, and drive client deliverables through pre-construction to commissioning.

Role requires strong problem solving, exceptional communication, and the ability to build cross-group relationships. This position offers exposure to data center construction with a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in Real Estate & Construction or related fields.
• Data Center and Executive Assistant experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity.
• High-level expertise with Cloud-based MS Office Suite—PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Professionalism, confidentiality & discretion.
• Client-facing experience and management skills.
• Strong administrative skills, follow-through, and results-oriented.
• Aptitude to learn NetSuite, Docusign, MS Project, PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a broad range of campus leadership tasks and schedules.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of client deliverables across the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and clients; prepare presentations.
• Organize meetings and materials including agendas, minutes, and progress summaries.
• Maintain project trackers and documentation for visibility across phases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and reporting.
• Prepare leadership and client review materials with performance metrics and risks.
• Identify challenges in scope, schedule, or budget; drive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure changes are reviewed for feasibility, cost impact, and schedule implications.
