Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is looking for a Construction Safety Manager to provide safety leadership to multiple construction project teams in Manassas, Virginia. This role focuses on ensuring high safety standards with General Contractors, building relationships, and implementing best practices.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills with over 5 years of EHS or construction trades experience. Benefits include healthcare and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS or construction trades.
• Minimum 5–10 years of construction safety experience.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety initiatives and metrics tracking.
• Conduct site audits and compliance reviews.
• Lead incident reviews and root cause analyses.
