Job summary

Liberty University is seeking a part-time Student Worker to assist with School of Education operations and support the LibertyLIFE program. You will help prepare materials, set up rooms, and support participants as they integrate into campus life.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the LibertyLIFE Director on community engagement, helping students navigate campus in the first weeks, and attending weekly progress meetings. Starting pay is $12.77 per hour for onsite work in Lynchburg, VA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• No experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to work proactively.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with LibertyLIFE Director to set and help the program meet community engagement goals.
• Assist students in navigating campus, especially during the first weeks (bus routes, classrooms, dining halls).
• Attend a mandatory weekly progress meeting with the LibertyLIFE Program Coordinator to share updates and discuss challenges.
• May coordinate with LibertyLIFE staff to attend campus events to promote community building.
• Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies and represents the University well.
