Job summary

College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) in McAllen, TX is seeking a Campus President to lead and optimize campus programming and operations. You will provide day-to-day oversight and strategic guidance to Education, Career and Student Services, and Financial Aid teams while aligning with the college-wide mission.

You will manage budgets, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and drive student satisfaction and enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Masters’ degree preferred; or a combination of education and experience in Higher Education Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar or same capacity; including P&L/budgetary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Supports the direction of the campus operations to optimize outcomes and key business metrics.
• Develops talent, effectively manages change, collaborates with functional leaders and peers to drive consistency.
• Directs leadership staff in alignment with core values and leadership principles for staffing, training and performance.
• Assists in the development of the overall campus budget objectives and operational goals.
• Delivers on operational objectives, partnering with executive leadership to achieve P&L targets.
• Interfacing with admissions and marketing to maximize enrollments and starts.
• Maintains regulatory, licensure, and accreditation approvals.
• Supports implementation and communication of campus policies and procedures.
• Organizes and supervises all critical school functions.
• Recruits and leads campus team for student and business support functions.
• Represents the campus in the community.
• Ensures compliance with educational criteria and curriculum standards.
