Platt College Los Angeles is seeking a Campus President & Academic Dean to lead the Alhambra campus operations and academic administration across our four Southern California campuses. You will oversee educational programs, faculty and staff performance, student success initiatives, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality learning and outcomes.

• Compensation Range: $ 115,000-130,000/year dependent on experience and qualifications

The Campus President & Academic Dean is the senior on-site leader responsible for overall campus operations and direct academic administration. This combined position provides leadership for educational programs, faculty and staff, student success, regulatory compliance, campus performance, and a safe, effective learning environment. The position works with corporate leadership and department personnel to achieve institutional objectives, including enrollment, retention, graduate outcomes, financial stewardship, and educational quality.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong academic leadership, faculty supervision, curriculum oversight, and educational effectiveness skills.
• Ability to manage campus operations, budgets, staff, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of higher education accreditation, regulatory compliance, student records, and student services.
• Excellent judgment, communication, conflict resolution, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to foster professionalism, accountability, student success, and continuous improvement.

Credentials and Experience:

• Master’s Degree required
• 5 years of academic management or academic lead experience in higher education or career education.
• Demonstrated experience with curriculum development, educational effectiveness assessment and improvement, faculty development, and faculty performance evaluations.
• Campus or multi-department operational leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ACCSC, BPPE, and applicable federal education requirements preferred.
