Compass Group USA on the Bowling Green State University campus is hiring for full-time and part-time Prep Cook positions. You will prepare food, follow recipes and production schedules, and assist at multiple service stations to serve customers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior cooking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Store, label and date all food items according to policy.
• Take orders from customers and prepare quick-serve items.
• Serve customers efficiently at multiple stations.
• Ensure portion control and serving temperatures are correct.
