Compass Group USA is hiring for a full- and part-time Prep Cook at Brescia University, Owensboro, KY. Afternoons, evenings, and weekends; no holidays and no late nights in a university setting. Prior culinary, banquet, catering and prep cooking experience required to prepare items and serve guests.

Qualifications

• Prior culinary, cooking, banquet, catering and prep cooking experience.
• Experience with production cooking processes.
• Ability to follow established recipes and quantities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality and serves customers efficiently.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
