Job summary

FSDB is seeking a Police Dispatcher to support the Campus Police Department. You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, monitor CAD and cameras, and coordinate with officers to ensure campus safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related experience; college hours can substitute. The role offers a 12-month schedule (Tue–Sat 4:00pm–12:00am) and a salary range of $40,976.00–$48,476.00 annually with potential hourly shift pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of dispatch-related experience.
• College education can substitute hours for required experience.
• Experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for education.

Responsibilities

• Answers emergency/nonemergency calls and monitors text messages.
• Communicates information to police officers and maintains CAD status.
• Operates surveillance, alarms, and radio communications to coordinate safety.
