Job summary

Under supervision, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency responses to ensure code-compliant operations in a large academic environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid city of Omaha journeyman license (or UPC journeyman license), backflow certification, and a valid driver’s license to access campus sites

Qualifications

• Journeyman license and backflow certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing systems including potable water, drains, vent systems.
• Maintain and operate campus plumbing and piping systems in multi-building environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and locate services with proper equipment.
• Assist in construction reviews and inspections as needed.
• Respond to emergency utility repairs after hours.
