Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Plumber in Omaha, Nebraska to perform preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical, and distribution systems across facilities.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, following safety protocols, and providing light training to staff. Required Journeyman plumbing certification with 4–5 years of related experience, high school diploma or trade school equivalency, and familiarity with MS Office

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Journeyman plumbing certification required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more and meet physical requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas supply systems.
• Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
• Ensure waste and vent lines are maintained and operable.
• Provide training to other staff for light plumbing maintenance.
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with team as needed.
• Follow HSE programs and incident investigations as required.
