Job summary

The Florida Institute of Technology is seeking a Plumber to maintain the domestic water and sewer systems for the campus. This full-time role involves working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional overtime.

The Plumber will be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing fixtures, clearing drains, repairing leaks, and conducting preventative maintenance. Emergency preparedness and communication via company devices will also be part of your duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain domestic water, sanitary drains and sewer systems for the campus.
• Install and maintain plumbing equipment, including toilets and water heaters.
• Clear drains in bathrooms, kitchens, and dorms.
• Repair and replace leaking pipes and plumbing fixtures.
• Conduct daily inspections and record keeping for jobs performed.
