Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Plumber in the Facilities Management Department. This on-site role supports campus operations by designing and installing plumbing and mechanical systems and performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable building services.

You will work with clients, project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure proper installation and operation of facility systems, including pump repairs

Qualifications

• Three years of plumbing experience in construction or maintenance environments.
• A Journeyman or Master plumber license is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and install plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and infrastructure.
• Perform pump repairs and water treatment for closed loops.
• Locate utilities and ensure proper operation of facility systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades.
