Ayers Saint Gross is seeking a Campus Planner/Space Planning Analyst to join our higher education planning effort. This hybrid role supports multiple projects across planning, architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture from our Baltimore or Washington, DC offices, with potential remote options in the Mid-Atlantic.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture/Planning/Urban Design and 3+ years in space planning, plus strong GIS, Adobe Suite, and 3D tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Planning, or Urban Design.
• 3+ years of experience in space/facilities planning.
• Experience with higher education clients or consulting/architecture firms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and visualize data to inform planning and identify solutions.
• Create visuals and reports (graphics, renderings, written content).
• Plan stakeholder interviews and client workshops.
• Lead analytics on interdisciplinary projects across teams.
• Set and apply space metrics.
• Translate program needs to building test fits.
• Build presentations in PowerPoint and reports in InDesign.
• GIS mapping of space and campus systems.
• Develop building and space programs.
• Support project management and coordination.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge content.
• Stay informed on higher education trends.
