Augsburg University in Minneapolis invites applications for a Performing Arts Coordinator. This is a 0.833 position (full-time over 10 months with two months off in summer) with full benefits, focused on coordinating and implementing programs across the performing arts both on-campus and off-campus, locally and nationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; two years of post-secondary education or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in the Arts is preferred and advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate promotion, ticketing, marketing, and event support for performing arts events, including developing timelines and audiences.
• Maintain the annual performing arts calendar and coordinate event programming, scheduling, and space planning with stakeholders.
• Coordinate complex department and event activities including juries, auditions, meetings, travel, and major events.
• Manage event logistics including contracts, volunteers, box office, equipment, and supplies.
