Qualifications

• Meet elder qualifications as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
• Full alignment with Resonate’s theology and vision.
• Demonstrated history of developing and caring for people.
• Five years of ministry experience in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ministry at a specific Resonate campus.
• Lead and develop campus staff and volunteers.
• Execute the vision set by elders and lead pastor.
• Ensure effective and powerful weekend services.
• Engage church attenders in discipleship pathways.
