The Point Church in Charlottesville, VA, is launching its North 29 Campus and seeks an authentic, secure Campus Pastor to lead the campus and shepherd the congregation. You will help launch and shepherd the campus by creating inspirational moments that challenge, lead, and disciple people to grow in kingdom impact.

You will cast vision, develop staff, manage ministry playbooks, oversee budgets, and collaborate with Central Services to reproduce ministry across campuses.

Qualifications

• Several years of pastoral ministry on staff at a church.
• Ability to articulate a God-centered vision.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Flexible, organized, and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the location as an extension of The Point Church and reproduce its vision and DNA.
• Provide Pastoral Care and Spiritual guidance to the congregation.
• Ensure all environments meet Point Standards.
• Manage the campus budget with stewardship and margin goals.
• Develop staff and Dream Team to live the Intentional Life.
• Lead staff and volunteers to execute the Three Operational Pillars.
