Job summary

University of New Hampshire in Durham seeks an Assistant Campus Services Manager to supervise and train student enforcement staff, coordinate parking events, and support enforcement operations on campus. Qualifications

  • Two years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and self-prioritize.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office software package (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Must have clean driving record.
  • Employment experience related to parking.
  • Experience in a college/university environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Campus Services Manager in supervising student enforcement staff.
  • Coordinate staffing and resources for special event parking.
  • Develop and train student staff; hiring and scheduling support.
  • Patrol campus; enforce permits, meter and other violations; issue citations.
  • Review and approve student enforcement timecards.
  • Respond to complaint calls and enforce winter parking ban when applicable.
  • Assist with signage, lot and meter maintenance; report findings.
  • Prepare productivity and performance reports; contribute to budget benchmarks.
