Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of direct customer service and proficient communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Suite) and two-way radio communications.
• Ability to make informed decisions and multi-task.
• Ability to lead a team in a university parking environment.
• Interaction management, dealing with difficult customers, conflict resolution, and diplomacy.
• Ability to work overtime for events occurring after hours.

Responsibilities

• supervise daily scheduling, field coverage, information/records administration, and technology administration.
• monitor parking facilities, cite and tow illegally parked vehicles, and provide information to the public.
• manage, develop, and support the parking enforcement officers team.
• recruit, onboard, interview, and train officers on university policies and procedures.
• oversee employee scheduling and shift assignments for adequate coverage.
• conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching.
• track attendance, leaves, and ensure policy compliance.
• perform statistical analyses to evaluate productivity and training needs.
• analyze revenue, fines, budgets, and enforcement outcomes to inform staffing and policy.
