The role requires stamina for long shifts, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, clear dispatch communications, and accurate daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Must maintain physical stamina for long shifts, standing/walking up to 9 hours per 10-hour shift.
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry devices up to 100 pounds.
• Good reading and comprehension for dispatch and policy directions.
• Clear, concise writing of daily logs and violation/impound forms.
• Strong verbal communication to explain violations and safety rules.
• Ability to follow policies and operate under supervision in varied campus settings.

Responsibilities

• Enforce UCLA campus policies on personal mobility devices per state and campus rules.
• Issue warnings, violations, and initiate impound/relocation as needed.
• Provide customer service and traffic direction for events and construction.
• Maintain and troubleshoot parking control equipment and document daily activities.
