Job summary

The University of Maryland, College Park’s Dining Services seeks a Program Coordinator to support Green Dining initiatives and campus sustainability programs. You will manage day-to-day operations of the Campus Pantry and Teaching Kitchen, supervise student staff, and assist with the Campus Farmers Market and outreach efforts.

You will collect and analyze data, develop new programs, and collaborate with campus units to promote a culture of sustainability across the university.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainability data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Development, implementation and assessment of sustainability programming.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Campus Pantry and Teaching Kitchen.
• Supervise Campus Pantry student employees and coordinate with student management team.
• Support Campus Farmers Market and sustainability outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and other sustainability organizations.
• Collect, analyze and report data to internal and external stakeholders.
