Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform broad spectrum of routine maintenance campus-wide.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, use paint removers, sanders and cleaning materials.
• Apply undercoats and paints to interior and exterior surfaces using spray, brush or roller.
• Waterproof exterior surfaces and refinish wood furniture; glaze windows and doors; assemble scaffolds.
• Maintain and repair painting equipment, order supplies, and manage stock; apply epoxy coatings for waterproofing/resurfacing.
• Supervise OPS painters and helpers and provide equipment for assistants as needed; install locks and cylinders as required.
• Replace base covers, ceramic and VCT tile.
