Qualifications

• High school diploma and four years experience as a painter or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting; surface preparation, priming, sealing and finishing.
• Rig and operate scaffolds, lifts, and stages for work at heights up to 150 feet.
• Provide direction and training to temporary workers.
• Plan and organize assigned work to meet schedule requirements and maintain workload balance.
• Work in occupied spaces with minimal disruption of campus activities.
