Job summary

Jubilee Academies in Brownsville seeks an Assistant Principal of Operations to ensure smooth, safe, and student-focused daily campus operations. You will remove barriers to instructional excellence and oversee MTSS behavior systems, safety, family engagement, athletics, and recruitment across PreK–12.

The role requires a Master's in Education or related field, a Texas Educator Certificate, and at least 3 years of school leadership or operations experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field is required.
• Texas Educator Certificate is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Leadership experience in instructional coaching or team lead capacity is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of MTSS behavior framework across all grade levels.
• Manage Tier 2 and 3 behavior interventions with counselors and teachers.
• Use data to identify trends and refine interventions.
• Train staff on classroom behavior management and MTSS strategies.
• Oversee campus operations including front office, facilities, technology, nutrition, and transportation.
• Coordinate campus safety drills, plans, and safety audits.
• Lead enrollment campaigns and family engagement initiatives.
• Support TTESS evaluations and CCMR indicators.
