The Chief of Staff partners with the Superintendent to advance district priorities, lead cross-functional programs, and manage executive office operations, including governance and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in complex organizations.
• Experience translating vision into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive execution across departments and regions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to the Superintendent and translate priorities into tactics and timelines.
• Maintain dashboards and routines to track district-wide priorities, risks, and progress.
• Coordinate cabinet items, cross-functional commitments, and executive meetings for effective decision making.
• Lead staffing, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives across Jubilee Academies.
• Oversee enrollment, family engagement, and external relations to advance district priorities.
