Job summary

UC Santa Cruz is seeking a CIED Operations Coordinator for a 75% time, part‑time schedule on the Main Campus with hybrid work. Under the supervision of the Faculty Director of CIED, you will oversee administrative services, support curriculum delivery, and manage a defined operational program spanning student support, events, and certificates.

The role requires coordination across campus offices, budgeting and purchasing, and collaboration with Crown College and community partners to advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area.
• Working knowledge of event planning, funding processes, HR, and financial transactions.
• Proficient with Google Suites, MS Office, Excel and Word; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administration and program planning and support for CIED initiatives.
• Oversee event logistics, marketing materials, and partnerships for programs.
• Student support, certificates tracking, and space management.
• Purchasing, reimbursements, and budgeting with campus systems.
