Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or higher education preferred.
• Some accounting or general ledger experience is a plus; MS Office proficiency needed.

Responsibilities

• Process payments, billing, collections and disbursements for students.
• Support refunds, grants and student check disbursements.
• Provide guidance and exceptional service to students and parents.
• Inventory control for student store merchandise and related ACH transactions.
