Job summary

College Track in Baltimore is seeking an Operations Manager to lead site operations, finance, procurement, and facilities, ensuring a safe, supportive environment for scholars.

The role requires coordinating IT, vendor relations, and staff onboarding, with daily oversight of operations and safety. This is an in-person position at the Baltimore site, with regular collaboration across CT’s operations team.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of operations/organizational management experience.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Baltimore, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead site finance, accounting, and procurement operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and local contracts.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and safety protocols.
• Coordinate student transportation and vehicle management.
• Serve as IT liaison; provide Tier 1 support and AV oversight.
• Coordinate events, boards, and partner visits.
• Ensure onboarding and background-check compliance for staff.
