Job summary

Rocky Mountain Prep in Denver is seeking a School Operations Manager to design and optimize campus-wide operational systems that maximize instructional time while protecting safety and equity. You will lead front office, attendance, enrollment, and family-facing processes, ensuring a safe, organized, welcoming learning environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience leading logistics and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with staff, students, families, and partners.
• Experience supervising or coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve schoolwide operational systems.
• Lead front office, attendance, enrollment, and family-facing processes.
• Ensure campus safety and compliance through planning and drills.
• Manage facilities, technology, supplies, and vendor partnerships.
• Oversee assessments, events, field trips, and network initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with school leadership to align ops with instructional goals.
• Build relationships with families and community partners.
