Qualifications

• Two to four years running operations, front office, or coordinator work at a school, gym, studio, or similar high-touch environment.
• Strong organizer with ability to manage multiple tasks and build checklists.
• Clear written and verbal communication with parents, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Run Daily Campus Operations: Own the day-to-day rhythm of the campus, open/close, keep spaces functional, and handle issues to ensure smooth days for students and staff.
• Manage Compliance Requirements: Track and complete campus compliance items, maintain clean records, and know where documents live.
• Coordinate Schoolwide Parent Communication: Send scheduled updates, reminders, and announcements to the parent community in a timely manner.
• Order and Manage Supplies: Keep the campus stocked, manage vendors, track spend, and avoid shortages.
• Support Events and Community Moments: Help run parent nights, tours, tournaments, and community events with logistics.
• Create a Welcoming Environment: Ensure the campus looks and feels inviting and energetic for students.
