Hope Fellowship Ministries in Prosper, TX is seeking an enthusiastic Prosper Campus Operations Coordinator to support daily setup, administration, and light maintenance ensuring ministries run smoothly.

In this hands-on role, you will work behind the scenes with the campus operations team and ministry colleagues to keep the building functional and events well-supported. You may assist at other campuses for large events as needed.

• Attention to maintenance needs (e.g., noticing burnt-out lights).
• Maintains home-like organization and readiness for behind-the-scenes setups.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders for the campus.
• Perform light maintenance such as bulb replacements, touch-up painting, small drywall work; report complex tasks to supervisor.
• Facilitate setups for internal and external ministry events.
• Attend weekly campus staff meetings to understand activities and collaborate with campus staff.
• Occasional custodial duties as needed.
• Assist with inter-campus deliveries and large events or projects as required.
