Job summary

WestGate Church is seeking a Campus Operations Support Team Member to maintain the church campus, support events, and help ensure a welcoming, safe environment for staff and guests.

The role involves morning unlocks, cleaning duties, setup/teardown for services, and collaboration with the Campus Operations Director to execute ministry playbooks and campus events with dependable teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Unlock/unalarm buildings in the morning and lock/alarm at close.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Empty trash and dispose of waste.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and improvements as assigned.
• Set up and arrange seating for events/services.
• Monitor HVAC systems and address issues.
• Keep outdoor areas free of debris.
• Assist in event setup/teardown and support during events.
• Collaborate with staff to create a welcoming and safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
