You will provide exceptional service, manage enrollments and records, and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure a welcoming campus environment for the school community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior experience in a school environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong people and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by creating welcoming experiences and building positive relationships with students, families, visitors, and staff.
• Respond proactively to questions and concerns by providing timely, professional, and solution-oriented support.
• Manage student enrollments, withdrawals, and wait lists.
• Maintain accurate student and office files.
• Assemble student packets, enrollment packets, and other materials as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
