This role supports the opening of our brand-new Stratford School campus in Morgan Hill, CA (410 Llagas Rd. Morgan Hill, CA 95037). The Vice Principal works closely with the Principal and fellow administrators to oversee daily operations, support faculty and staff, and uphold academic and cultural excellence. This leader ensures a safe, engaging, and mission-driven environment that fosters growth for both students and staff. The Vice Principal position is a key leadership development role focused on preparing future Principals. While supporting the day-to-day leadership of the school, Vice Principals are expected to actively pursue readiness for a Principal role and transition into such a position when deemed prepared and when opportunities become available.
