Job summary

Stratford School in Fremont, part of Spring Education Group, is seeking a Multi-Campus Floater Teacher to support our Osgood campuses. This developmental role prepares candidates for a future Classroom Teacher position, with responsibilities across multiple classrooms and grade levels.

You’ll assist in instruction, follow lesson plans, lead when needed, and collaborate with staff to maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience in preschool and elementary settings preferred.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and love for working with children.

About the Role

As a Multi-Campus Teacher, you will support our Fremont Osgood campuses. This role offers the chance to engage with elementary students across various classrooms while providing support to teachers and campus staff.

Each day may look a little different, whether assisting with classroom supervision, supporting instruction, or stepping in as a lead teacher when needed, your flexibility and enthusiasm will play a big role in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.

This Multi-Campus Floater Teacher position is designed as a developmental role, intended to prepare candidates for a future Classroom Teacher position. It is expected that individuals in this position will actively work toward and be prepared for placement in a Classroom Teacher role as openings become available.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $65,000

Status: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:45 AM - 3:45 PM, Occasional 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
