Job summary

Indiana University is seeking a part-time student employee to assist with IU Ride operations on the Bloomington campus. You will respond to ride requests, drive students to their destinations, and monitor the IU Ride app to ensure timely pickups.

The role requires current IU enrollment, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and customer service skills. Shifts are evenings, with compensation listed below and benefits for full-time staff not applicable to this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Indiana University student.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a computer and mobile devices.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to ride requests and drive students to desired location.
• Instruct directions verbally to the driver as needed.
• Monitor the IU RIDE application and respond promptly to requests.
