Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in North Carolina is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to lead spiritual growth, campus leadership, and missional development on college campuses. The role emphasizes prayer, teaching, discipleship, and building diverse witnessing communities.

This full-time position requires fundraising to support the salary. Pay Range: $44,016.00 - $58,680.00 per year; actual pay depends on location and donor support, with prorated pay for part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Doctrinal Basis and Purpose Statement.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
• Experience in ministry or campus leadership is preferred.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer and worship.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching and discipleship.
• Mobilize teams to engage campuses with the gospel and start new communities.
• Collaborate with national staff to align programs and goals.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor.
