InterVarsity Christian Fellowship invites applications for a Campus Staff Minister position at Georgetown, serving graduate and professional students. The role is open to both full-time and part-time candidates, with pro-rating for part-time hours and potential geographic adjustments.

The Minister will grow spiritual life on campus, lead and develop witnessing communities, and collaborate with staff and volunteers nationwide to advance InterVarsity’s mission on university campuses.

Qualifications

Abide by InterVarsity's doctrinal statements and code of conduct.
Bachelor's degree required for four-year campus assignments; associate's for two-year campuses.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Proficiency with standard office software (word processing, presentations, email, spreadsheets) is expected.

Responsibilities

Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship in community.
Develop self-leadership and relational integrity.
Embrace Scriptural standards for attitudes and behavior.
Increase campus witnessing communities and influence through leadership and discipleship.
Lead and mentor students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and programs.
Set annual goals with teams and align ministry plans to campus needs.
Create and align ministry structures and programs to meet aspirational goals.
Mobilize and equip students and faculty to start new witnessing communities.
Collaborate with national InterVarsity staff and volunteer networks.
Raise 100% of assigned financial budget and maintain donor partnerships.
