Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Kentucky seeks a Campus Ministry leader to guide students and faculty in growing as disciples of Jesus, building missional communities, and advancing InterVarsity’s core values on campus.

You will work with a network of staff and volunteers to pursue spiritual growth, leadership development, and collaborative partnerships across campuses, while raising support to sustain ministry initiatives and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus; associate degree for a two-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship in community.
• Lead and develop campus ministry teams to implement InterVarsity’s vision.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to partner with campuses and networks.
• Raise funds and manage ministry partnerships.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support ministry goals.
