InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister on a Mississippi campus. This full-time role advances spiritual growth, campus leadership, and ministry partnerships through prayer, teaching, and collaboration with students and faculty.

Pay range is $39,288 - $52,392 per year, funded by personal fundraising; the position emphasizes biblical values, cross-cultural engagement, and a dynamic on-campus presence to grow witnessing communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses; at least an Associate’s for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal skills to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship, both personally and in community.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences.
• Build leadership teams, plans, and annual goals with teams.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget and develop ministry partnerships.
