InterVarsity Press seeks a Campus Staff Minister for Tennessee and Kentucky (Undergraduate Ministry). The role is based in Kentucky and focuses on planting and growing witnessing student-faculty communities on college campuses.

You will guide spiritual formation, lead campus teams, and partner with staff to implement programs, training, and events that advance InterVarsity’s mission across campuses in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth and maturity in yourself and others through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Lead students and faculty, model InterVarsity’s vision, and develop ministry plans and programs.
• Collaborate with regional staff and partners to build witnessing communities and align activities with goals.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget and develop partnership networks for ministry support.
• Supervise interns as needed and contribute to annual planning and evaluation.
