Qualifications

• Ministry or para-church ministry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required.
• Experience traveling within LA and nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Coach students on a regular basis to reach peers for Christ.
• Establish and maintain relationships with youth pastors and local churches.
• Work in the field 50–75% of the ministry year (Sept–May).
• Fundraising and salary support are part of the role; recruit partners.
