Job summary

Decision Point is seeking a Campus Ministry Staff member to mentor student leaders, partner with local churches, and expand campus outreach across the Los Angeles area.

You will coach and disciple student leaders, travel as needed to support ministry, and help advance our gospel mission. This is a full-time role, 45+ hours weekly, with support-raising and training included.

Compensation ranges from $48,000 to $64,000 per year, based on experience, with ongoing ministry training and development.

Qualifications

• Ministry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for evangelism and discipleship.
• Available to work full-time (45+ hours/week) and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and disciple student leaders.
• Partner with youth pastors, churches, and community leaders.
• Travel throughout the Los Angeles area to support campus ministry.
