Mt. San Antonio College seeks a Mental Health Clinician to provide counseling, crisis intervention, and case management for students over a 12‑month term.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration with campus partners, and involves developing programs to increase mental health awareness and suicide prevention. The clinician will deliver individual and group therapy, maintain records, and participate in data collection to guide program improvements.

Formación

• Master’s degree and licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the provision and delivery of mental health services; serve as the District’s primary resource on mental health concerns and strategies.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions; develop treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention, evaluation, and referrals to community services; collaborate with community providers as needed.
• Coordinate the campus crisis response team; schedule meetings; lead case reviews and prepare response materials.
• Deliver educational workshops and presentations; promote suicide prevention and mental health awareness on campus.
