Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Psychologist.
• Strong counseling and crisis intervention skills with experience in college settings.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate mental health services for students, including crisis intervention and case management.
• Conduct counseling sessions (individual and group) and develop treatment plans.
• Provide education and workshops on mental health topics to students and staff.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with policies and laws.
