Job summary

ABM is seeking a Campus Manager to coordinate daily campus maintenance and plant operations in South San Francisco, CA. You will oversee education-related services, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment and facilities, either directly or via supervisors.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff, as well as resolving complaints and scheduling work.

Job description

The Campus Manager coordinates and directs the day-to-day campus general maintenance and plant operation and manages community support services related to site educational programming, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities personally or through delegation to subordinate supervisors. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, orientating, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Compensation: $110,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars). The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
